Kenny retired from the Maryland State Police as a Sergeant and most recently retired as Chief of Police of the Centreville Police Department. During his Law Enforcement career, he worked in a variety of assignments, to include patrol, criminal investigations, tactical team and the MSP Academy as an Instructor. He also worked in the private sector for several years as Manager of Security Operations for Dover Motor Speedway. He is a graduate of the FBI Law Enforcement Executive Development Assoc. Program and holds numerous training certificates in a wide array of other law enforcement and government subjects. He attended both, Chesapeake and Baltimore County Community Colleges.
As the Law Enforcement Loss Control Associate, his key responsibilities will include assisting member law enforcement agencies in assessing and mitigating potential risks and liabilities. Additionally, he will develop, update and coordinate educational and training opportunities for our law enforcement members.
