Samantha has a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources and Management from Indiana University of Pennsylvania where she held a presidential position in SHRM.  Samantha has previous Human Resources experience with L.B Foster where she worked on implementing new HR systems, as well as organizing and improving job descriptions.  Samantha assists with all facets of Human Resources, including responding to HR inquiries, billing, employee benefits, and organizing company programs.
