Olivia defends LGIT members and public officials in tort claims in state and federal court. Prior to LGIT, Olivia worked as a trial attorney for an insurance company and in private practice doing complex civil litigation, insurance defense, and representing attorneys in legal malpractice claims.  Olivia has a bachelor’s degree from James Madison University and received her JD, magna cum laude, from the University of Baltimore School of Law.
