Executive Director of the Maryland Association of Counties. Served as Legislative Director for MACo as part of 14 year tenure working on county legislative and policy issues. Staff to Maryland House of Delegates Ways and Means Committee from 1992-1994, working with tax, education, and local aid issues. Serves as an instructor for the Business and Economics Department of Anne Arundel Community College. Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Public Policy Studies and Master of Public Administration, both from Syracuse University.
